Our chef-minded craft butchers practice old-world methods with modern ideals while using the whole animal. Inclusive of our in-house charcuterie program, we aim to reinstate the role of town butcher preserved for generations.

More than just a retail shop, Gwen’s butcher shop offers guidance and expertise. Our staff guides you through the entire cooking process from finding the right cut of meat, prepping it properly and serving it as a meal.
Our mission is to harness the knowledge of rancher, butcher and chef, to create unforgettable experiences around our table and yours.
Complementing the butcher shop’s meat offerings is an in-house charcuterie program, where our team of world-class chefs produces the finest array of terrines, pates, confits, salamis and whole cured muscles like coppa and culatelo.
